“In October 2010 I suffered a broken femur from a car crash and as a result my fitness level plummeted and my weight increased. My range of movement was poor and the whole area around my leg meant I had problems with physical activity. I was referred to Steve Gordon; who introduced me to an intensive form of training. When I started training with Steve, simply walking 200 metres was a real effort, now 3 months on I am able run over 25 minutes without stopping and gained a full range of motion; increased muscle strength and I am well on track to reaching the levels of fitness I was at before the crash.
Being able to run with ease means I no longer limp and the extensive range of exercises and challenges Steve has introduced to me have not only been beneficial to my health but the whole fitness and change process has been a experience I have enjoyed”.
